My steering rack leaks badly and I need to replace ASAP. Have any of you changed this out yourselves? If so, how many approx. labor hours am I looking at and are there any known pitfalls to avoid or handy tips for accomplishing this task in an efficient fashion?

well they billed me 3hrs for labor - had mine replaced for $210 ($70/hr)
Re-manufactured unit costed me $365.
