Yes they use H1 bulbs. If you have stock fogs, you can use your stock brackets. New ones are provided but not necessary. Always good to have a spare set.

Not bashing, just telling it like it is.

There should be a bunch of people with these, ill do a search or borrow a linked pic from somewhere.

It looks real clean if you have projector headlights. Highly recommended.

Should fit any bumper that uses the stock fogs. That should include Infinity I by Rieger.

This is for a pair.

These fit the M3 bumpers on our GB. The fog bracket is the outer bracket for the pivot point, it's a different part of the whole assembly than the brackets that come with these fogs. The pivot bracket is different lengths on reg. E36 bumpers vs. the M3 bumper, thats why those are included with our replica M3 bumper.

Basically you'll need to have both to make it work. Most E36 bumpers have the pivot bracket already on thier bumpers stock.

You will need the pivot bracket if you dont have any brackets at all. The M3 one is different from the regular E36 bumpers so make sure you get a pivot bracket for the M3 bumper (they're pretty cheap from the dealer). Other than that the main bracket is included and that's everything you need.

these are very easy to install. I tried to use them with my stock brackets, but it seemed the small metal clip was a bit different...I dunno, might have been just mine. Changed to their brackets in about 15 minutes....easy job.

though, I wanted more output and no diffuser, so I took the much nicer than stock lenses off these and put them on my stockers w/o the diffuser and an Osram H7. looks great and gives much more light.

these diffusers are horrible in my opinion (all of them, not just stockers) as they are nothing but matte black on the inside so no reflective surfaces. merely cut the output.

these are a great deal though, and look great!

I got my foglights last friday and put my Optic Blue Lamin-x on it. Attempted to put them in friday night and noticed the new fogs didn't fit in the old brackets. What a pain in the butt to take the old ones out. So i ran out of light and saturday took out the old brackets and put in the new ones. Now this is a stupid idea listen--everytime i have to change the bulb i have to take apart the bumber from below to unplug it. You can't have them plugged in when you pop them back in cause the plug plugs into the fog light on the side. I have to change out the bulbs cause the ones i put in aren't bright enough. The ZKW's i had plugged in straight into the back of the fog but these are on the side so it makes it impossible to take out and put back in. What a crappy design.

So why aren't you using the stock caps on them then, they connect directly to the back so they are easy to take off.

I just got the new fogs in today and installed it. It was a pain in the ass to install. I had to remove the front bumper just to install them. I wish they did fit in the oem bracket. And whoever designed these should be shot. They designed it to where you can't even get the fog light into the bracket from the front like the oem version. The back of the plugs are at the very bottom vs being in the middle. But you can take the old factory oem fog light end cap and use it on the new DEPO fogs and the problem is solved. It fits perfect and I was able to install the fogs from the front like normal.

They install pretty easy without taking the bumper off, just need to take off the brake duct and take out the two screws....

gotcha.

I ended up using the new caps as well, did a frankenproject with them and took the glass off the new ones, removed the diffuser from the stockers and put the new glass on the stock frames with H7's. So much better w/o the diffuser, and you can't take the diffuser out of these.

I don't know how that was possible but you got lucky I guess. I dont have an M3 first off. When I popped the fog light out the bracket is screwed in from the inside, so what I saw sticking out in front of me was just the threads. There was no way of taking out all of the screws without removing the front bumper and unscrewing it from the inside.

If you take off the brake ducts (if you have them) there are cutouts for the screws to get a driver in there. You have to get under the car and look at them from behind. I just used a long philips and popped the brackets out once the screws were removed.
