I have a 1992 325i sedan manual.
i recently got myself some chrome 18 inch rims(katana) with some 235-40z-18 tires (falken). one of the rims did not have the cover, where could i buy a replacement??

also im having so rubbing comming from the rear.
i have the rear lowered 1.0 in. and 1.5 in in the front.
are the tires too big or do i just need an alignment??

where is it rubbing?

the is basic geometry here. find out where it is rubbing.

if it is rubbing on the outside, you need to roll the fender

if it is rubbing on the inside, you need a spacer

if it is rubbing up top, you need to raise the car

I absolutely know who would sell the replacement (I've had a few bad experiences with wheel manufacturer's stuff breaking like speical wheel lug sockets like my buddy's Passat has or losing other things for the wheel). Just give the manufacturer a call. I don't know of any other manufacturers of different covers for that wheel, but I'm sure that the manufacturer's covers on four wheels is better than the same cover on just three.

Jmott, don't forget about what happens when the tire rubs on the bottom. You could have to lower that thing then <=== :withstupi :conf Just kidding!

i found an online shop that sells em , i bought it yesterday($50 with shipping)
now i have a couple of other questions ,

1. what is the best way to clean these covers?
2. how would i pollish these so that those scratches are removed?
