But anyway, where have you been? We are in the early stages of forming a club and we've had 2 meets. The last was a week ago in Tulsa (we are going to alternate between Tulsa and OKC). On another subject, I've just about talked a buddy into joining the BMW darkside and buying a 325 to start toying with. Does anyone know of a good local car available? Coupe, 5-spd, good shape, lower miles. I mentioned that he could find something decent for around $8-$10K so that is his price range. Let me know if you run across anything in OKC or Dallas area. He just went to P-heonix to get a jet boat so he is not scared of traveling to buy a nice car.

Ok, so scratch my request for nice local cars, my buddy, the bastard, after two days of whining about having the car bug and wanting to sell his truck to get something fun....... Bought a 2002 IS300 yesterday. I sent him down to the Crown BMW stealership to drive a couple 3's and this damn LEXUS was on the lot, so..... what else, drive it home.

I must admit I have been curious about these little sedans but after driving it last night I can say I was not terribly impressed with its get up and go. Damn thing is, for what he spent on this LEX (not $8-$10K), he could have had a really nice M3 Sedan with all the performance his family toting little ass would ever need. Sometimes I just don't understand why people don't trust me to spend their money for them.... HA!

Anyway, about the design. We may have to stick with that one that I have posted right now. The one with the Jed's BMW on it. I can't come up with the time to redo the design, although I'll tweak it for the girl shirts :devillook

If anyone objects to this please let me know. I'll be placing the shirt orders on the 4th, and once they are in I'll have the screen shop do their work.

Yeah! Isn't it time to start voting on the date at least? I think the dates in mind are the 23rd, 30th, and 7th of May. I know we mainly have a group of E36 ers now but this group is open to all BMW's right? I think it would be nice to pull in some different models.

I don't know if I'll be able to make this one. The only date that I MIGHT be able to be there would be on the 23rd, and that might be pushing it.

If that's the case, I'll have to mail the shirts to everyone.

Ironically the model(s?) is/are waiting for the shirts before their pictures are taken. Although this is unfortunate... I’d go along with it if they wanted to have some pics taken before the shirts came in :devillook
