was that $650 for the entire bumper KIT?? Coz pacific charges $300 for just the bumper.. no moldings, bolts, mesh, lip, ducts, wedges, clips, screws, bolts, brackets.

Pacific BMW sells parts cheaper than my local dealers: Park Ave BMW and Difeo BMW.
I read some threads about dealers look at how you look at their first sight. It happened to me when I went to Park Ave BMW too.
Yeah, Park Ave really sucks. I went to look at a M3 with a friend serveral years ago but we were in a t-shirt and jeans. The dealer not only gave us a very snotty attitude but when i went to the Convertable M3, he told me not to touch it. WTF!!???

Wrong. Pacific sells the retro fit kit for ~$300. That does included the moldings and brake ducts. The wedge sections and grill are separate items though. BMW does not even sell a kit that includes those few parts.

just call BMW customer care and tell them you had a check in your back pocket for 40k for a down payment and you were going to finance the rest, but they refused you service.
there's a thing called CSI here at Ford, Customer Service Index, when you fall behind group, you get penalized. I'm sure BMW has something similiar these days. If they are owned by Autonation, not only do they get penalized, they get a 15% deduction from the GM's paycheck for enough bad surveys.
last thing BMW or any car manufacture wants is a store giving the whole line a bad rap.
They do have CSI, but only for the car sales and service departments. The average person walking up to the parts counter has no affect on CSI.
