Note:
This kit requires battery acid, not supplied with kit. Can be purchased at your local auto supply store.
It is strongly suggested that a heat gun be used to properly refinish your bumpers. Available at most home improvement stores.
Sounds like all they're doing is an acid strip. I'd be very leery of doing that, especially with it on the car. I'd imagine you could sand it off then rebuff the metal out if you've got the right tools and would probally be much safer (not quicker) to both yourself and the paint
