Me and my friends were pulling out a radio and while the screwdriver was stuck between the side of the radio and the dash it made an indent with few scrathces. They are bearly visible but we know that they are there. Would a heat gun fix this? I need your input guys. Thanks

Be careful with a heat gun. I think that it would help to remold the dent though. Why was your friend using a screwdriver in the first place? :confused

The radio keys wouldn't pull out the head unit. We don't know how the hu was put in sicne it came with the car. I bet nobody on this forum would notice the damage but I know its there and i am somehow pissed. I only have the car for 2 1/2 weeks.

If it is indented where it's the soft vinyl, just massage it hard with your fingers and it should mold back to normal. We had to do this to my friends 3 series when he removed something and left an indent in it.

well its kinda soft, i did that at first and it helped but i can still feel a little indent. Damn if it only was easy to swap dashboards i would do it :)
