I am not sure if you can sue the bar; however, if you get hurt in a private property like a bar or something, the owner will have to do something to settle it down, because it happened in his store.. saying fucking someone slip in target, target will be shitted. If you don't feel like hiring a lawyer, try small claim court, but I doubt anyone of them will show up (if no show = no such person = case close)

Bars and restaurants that serve alcohol have a certain amount of liability for what their patrons do. For instance, if I was bartending one night and I got a guy drunk, he in turn drives home and gets in an accident, I could be held responsible. I think it is called the Dram-Shop law/agreement, when discussed it is called 3rd party liability. That being said I don't see why a bunch of drunk dudes leaving a club wouldn't be held under the same rules. If the bar/club got them drunk, there is a certain amount of responsiblity that they hold, especially if the bouncers are just sitting there watching.

I'm pretty sure the bar has something in it. If you see a crime in action and you do nothing about it and you have the ablity, you could be held on something. Lets say, if some dog attacks a old lady, you luagh and walk away when you're 6'2" and can easily palm that dog and she ends up dying, you're screwed. The cops have one guy that they caught from that night and i got info for another guy that was involved but did not get caught.
