Don't load up your car yet. Its a PROPOSAL. It probably has a couple more years of approval before being developed. Judging by their website, they don't have much help.

But it looks like a good plan. I hope they get it through smoothly.

paul, what are you talking about, Lake Elsinore is far away, like off the 15 freeway in the boonies of the 951.

lake elsinore is really not as far as you think. Ive driven from yorba linda to elsinore in 15+ min w/out traffic. With traffic thats another story probably an hour plus.
I looked at the website of the proposed track and it would be filling a much needed void for us so calers.
The plans kinda look far feached to me but if it goes(would take several years of palning, construction, etc) it would be insane..........

I'll be an old man before that gets built...

Judging by the huge belly flops the golf courses near Lake Elsinore are doing I wouldn't hold my breathe on this sports project.

That would be dope...I live about 15 minutes from the Ortegas....going down the Ortegas takes anywhere between 15-30 min.

But think about when you would be driving to Elsinore: in the morning when everyone is driving away from Elsinore to go to work.

I sent it a long to my dad. Maybe we'll contact them and see if we can help (we do development PR). He said he heard about this project years ago, and this is the first he's seen of them acting on it.
