BMW hasn't released it yet, but they acquired the Mini brand early last year. Check out www.mini.com for more info. The new MINI will be arriving in the US sometime in the spring of 2002.

We need for Blown to get a MINI and install that engine he now has into it! Now that would really be a compact then...

heehee, your right Bob, I can see it now, somebody like Blown to *stuff* the 400 horse M5 engine in a mini (and then slap a twin turbo system on it)...too cool (I would guess its aerodynamically unstable at 200mph :) )

Seriously, in Europe it seems small cars are in (easy to park, good mpg) and the mini should do well.

NEVER.... IMHO That car is fugly.
