What do you guys do with used ATF fluid?

I am about to replace some hoses/clamps for my power steering unit, and going to drain and fill with Dexron-III.

What do I do with that old fluid?

Advance Auto Parts takes used engine oil and ATF, but not antifreeze.

Do you guys know if I need to keep ATF and engine oil separate?

Or I can just call. :)
