They are real carbon fiber and they go over the existing b pillars. They looked pretty sweet in the pic on ebay so I picked them up. Cost me around $71 with shipping. Not too shabby! I haven't seen these on another E34 so it will be different. Next I am ordering carbon fiber door handles as well. Are our door handles the same as the E36??
