Leatherique is probably the best, but is pretty expensive and has to be ordered. I like Lexol, it doesn't cost much and can be found at pep boys and seems to work pretty well.

Go for the Leatherique. I've read that some treatments "clog" the smooth leather used on the M3s. Do a search.

I like the stuff BMW sells. Especially if the car is new, or had been well taken care of, it just maintains that original mat look and barnyard smell. :)

Lexol or leatherique is whats mentioned most on bfc.

Obviously products from mothers and meguiars will also be decent.

Leatherique -- Period. If you want to keep the interior looking great for a long time, there is no equal.

It costs more than other products, but since you own a BMW, you're used to paying more for quality products.

I'm sticking to my Connolly, maybe once it runs out i'll try letherique. The trick to a good conditioning is to make sure the leather is hot or atleast warm when apply the conditioner. I use a hair dryer when I do it on cold days.

You can also order directly from Leatherique (http://www.leatherique.com/). They are currently running spring specials.

Can leatherique actually get out small cracks in the bolsters? Or is it just a basic cleaning agent to get the dirt/sweat/grime out of the seats?

The basic combination of Rejuvenator Oil and Pristine Clean is for cleaning/conditioning only. Leatherique also offers dyes and crack fillers if you want to repair the leather.

Using products on your seats won't hurt, but stay off the stitching or it will rot and the seams will split.

how often should the leather be conditioned?

Will leatherique actually hide/eliminate the small cracks in the bolsters or is it just a general cleaning agent to get gunk out.
