I know to use down and what not but is there a fast very effective method that an of you guys have found. thanks in advance tim Mike@Autogeek 03-15-2005, 05:33 PM What kind of wax are you trying to remove? IMO nothing works better than microfiber. Techniques will vary between different waxes/sealants. bmwpwr 03-15-2005, 06:00 PM well im starting my own detailing buisness. i need to be able to get peoples preexisting wax of before i can clay, polish, or apply wax. the wax i use is Best Of Show from Griotsgarage. Mike@Autogeek 03-15-2005, 11:22 PM Ah, I gotcha. I thought you were asking something else... There's no need to go through an extra step to remove existing wax if you're going to clay and polish. Clay will remove it, and so will any type of polish/paint cleaner. Hope this helps, Mike |
