Well the brake lamp bulb on the rear windshield was out so i went to the dealer to pick up a new one, i told the guy over there that i wanted a price check before he prints out the invoce, he grinned and said "you can afford it", i smiled and said "Well I am at the Dealer, gotta check right". he grinned, he came back with the bulb, i ask how much, the guy says its on the house, i was like coooool :buttrock . I have always had good experiences with John Roberts and this was the best.

wow, that's pretty cool... never dealt with John Roberts. I hear Classic BMW can be bastards sometimes... only personal experience i've had with them was when i needed a single bolt (that connects the exhaust to the headers), and they wanted something like $17 for it. i bought it, but kept it in the package, took it to Autoscope and showed it to the boss there (Nerces) and he was like, "ah, 2 bucks". So i bought an identical one from him and took the original back to Classic for a refund. Do they know you personally or "by face" at John Roberts? That's pretty cool that they just hooked you up.:alright

My car was originally a CPO car from John Roberts, and every time I go in I feel like they really do give a damn. I have been given the
utmost in professional treatment from every service employee there, and they go the extra mile to make a customer feel like he or she got a deal.
I am in the automobile business, and customer service is not the name of the game at a lot of stores. I guess I am more critical of
dealerships because of my experience than many would be, but when I find one that gives such excellent service, then I feel like I should point it out. :D :D
