My ///M Emblem on my engine cover has cracked and the chrome is actually starting to flake off. Anyone know how this thing is held on? Is it just stuck on with adhesive, or are there posts in it that I need to get to from the underside?

I'd like to replace it, but dont know if I need to remove the engine cover???

It's just a sticker with adhesive. You don't need to take the cover off, but it does make things easier. Just don't drop any of the nuts into the engine bay. 8-p

Thanks for the reply, now to find the replacement badge. Any idea on what this costs? Is it the same as the one on the back of the car?

If you go to www.turnermotorsports.com, they have the ///M symbol in there for like $30 I think. I am not sure if it is cheaper at the dealer, but $30 for a little emblem is obsurd, although you can get it there.

My emblem actually looked like someone pushed it in. Apparently, it's due to heat, although my '01 never had that problem.

The stealer replaced it on warranty :redspot
