On my way to work this morning after a snow storm, I found a Z8 on the side of the road. Driving through the storm last night I also saw a Prowler on the highway. It didn't look like the Prowler was having any trouble...maybe snow tires?? :dunno But I saw a bunch of mustangs on the side of the road.

It took me 3 F'ing hours to get home from a normal 40 min commute. It sucks working 1st & 2nd gear for 3 hrs.

Same here...my snow tires worked great yesterday with all that snow and ice. During winter...I don't leave home home without-em ;)

The driver was probably out and about and didn't realize it was going to snow.

Z3's are useless in the winter without snows.

Thankfully I put my baby away for a nap for the winter now. No more foul weather- that's the POS Civic's trick!

(P.S.- Anybody want a geat 2002 Civic? I'm really tired of it.)

Anyone who can afford a Z8 can afford a second car to drive in the snow. This person should have his/her BMW privileges revoked for at least a year.

The weather has been pretty crazy this winter. The day before the storm it was like over 60 degrees. It was actually the first day I put the top down this year:

thats why u get a BMW M for the summer and an Audi S for the winter. Hands down the most capable amazing sports car in any weather, especially snow.

There is a dude here in Rochester who drives his z06 year round, even has a tow hitch for his snow mobiles. There's a guy in Buffalo who drives his z8 year round too.

I love how a majority of the people posting in this thread have z3's or m coupes/roadsters. And there are no posts from z8 owners. I dunno why. just seemed kinda funny to me.

Not a true statement. In fact, it's almost never true.

I've got a 750iL, Ducati 996, and a couple beaters to boot. Bums in Seattle see me roll up in my 750 and are always asking if I can spare change with very sarcastic overtones. But in reality, I"m broke! I live on Mac and cheese which I eat with the same spoon and the same bowl every night because that's all I have. I'm not rich, nor do I pretend to be. I just happen to be a car freak and love spending my time and money on vehicles :)

I bet 95% of the luxury/exotic vehicles you see on the road are owned by a bank :rolleyes
