View Full Version : A poll for my Utah peeps...
12:03 03-05-2005, 11:40 AM what would you rather have?
A very nicely modded E36 M3?
A very nicely modded E46 M3?
I guess you must say that cash is NOT a factor. This is simply a 'which chassis you prefer of the two'
:dunno
vote you whores.
:cool
Cam doesnt know.
I like the old stuff. Im not right in the head.
chmdrm 03-05-2005, 01:15 PM New > Old
Antwerp 03-05-2005, 08:50 PM If cash is not a factor, tehn I choose the E46... If it WAS a factor, tehn I would choose the E36...

You e-baller.
SehrSchnell 03-05-2005, 10:15 PM I'm not sure I understand the question. I mean, I understand it, but I don't. I would imagine most people, myself included, would opt for the E46. It's neat.
12:03 03-05-2005, 11:50 PM agreed Johnny, but some people worship the E36 chassis as the best car ever built (im not saying it isnt) so that is why we had to add the 'money is not a factor' so that it would show what your real preferences are
///Molloy 03-06-2005, 02:22 PM I would take the nicely modded E36 9 times out of 10.
what is there to mod on the E46 M3??? nothing.
with 19" OEM's and SMG II, they come PERFECT right outta the box :dunno.
cash is always an issue for me, cause I'm frugal and I am surrounded by debtors at work.
that is all.
chmdrm 03-06-2005, 02:45 PM Nothing is perfect out of the box.
Everything needs more power.
You can never have to much power. Evar.

Mr. Matt, Your input is duly noted. May I ask in which aspect you are choosing the E36 over the E46? Or is it an overall view.
Coming from a person that really digs on the 5er vessels, I find the E46 much more updated, fluid, and plush (duh, because it is) that it's predecessor. Though, I have driven only one E36, and no E46 :(
Antwerp 03-06-2005, 03:55 PM I was gonna say, let's see the results of this poll after some E36's peps have driven my car...and Likewise, some E46's peps have driven their E36. :D

you might be a little disappointed with the over all performance in my car right now but ill take you up on this offer :)
Antwerp 03-06-2005, 04:02 PM Ya, Like I said in the other Thread. GET BUSY!!!
I love, I mean love the Ants color on his car. It gets prettier every time I see it, and it hauls ass.
chmdrm 03-06-2005, 10:20 PM It does look good ... but I am still sitting here stunned at how badly he smoked all of us.

SehrSchnell 03-07-2005, 04:31 PM so i guess there were no psychos yelling at cops involved in this cannonball?
Only makr yelling at me asking where Nagoya sushi was. :D
chmdrm 03-07-2005, 08:03 PM And something about his Penis being fabulous.
Cameron Hauck 03-07-2005, 08:12 PM This wasn't nearly as extreem as Canonball I. I don't think we pissed anyone off.
Makr had some guy in a van infront of him that wouldn't move and finally did after 25 seconds with his blinker on. So Makr passed him and did the hand signal to go left and then merged right, in front of the van. I started laughing in my car by my self.
Antwerp 03-07-2005, 08:28 PM And something about his Penis being fabulous.
:lol True story.
We were just getting warmed up, huh, Cameron? :D
Its fabulous to me.
Cam I dont remember that van.
Antwerp 03-07-2005, 08:41 PM What's in your rear view mirror doesn't matter...
chmdrm 03-07-2005, 08:44 PM What's in your rear view mirror doesn't matter...
I had a 911 in my rearview the whole way up yesterday.
It was fun ... and scary all at the same time.
Antwerp 03-07-2005, 09:14 PM But, you pulled through like a champ... Way to represent! :)
chmdrm 03-07-2005, 09:25 PM In the not to distant future I hope to have a carbon black M3 in my rear view too.
Antwerp 03-07-2005, 10:31 PM Hehe. I'd hope to see that too! ...but, It'll take some work! :D
SehrSchnell 03-07-2005, 10:37 PM Hehe. I'd hope to see that too! ...but, It'll take some work! :D
Ant, is the competition package any quicker, or just suspension, wheels, and brakes?
Antwerp 03-07-2005, 10:43 PM Ya, no quicker... Same engine and state of tune.
adams 03-07-2005, 11:27 PM Ant, is the competition package any quicker, or just suspension, wheels, and brakes?
