First thing's first, welcome!

1: 18's since it's good enough for bigger brake upgrade and the tires are going to be cheaper and trust me, you'll be getting lots of them. I think the widest rear is 275 but you have to have the right offset.

2: umnitza... that's all you have to know.

3: m_spec5 for the parts and the painting has to do with where you are and a reputable shop by you. M5 exhaust: not worth the $$$ unless you got $$ to burn and a shop you're buddy with.

change your radiator unless you are sure it's been replaced in the last 10K miles. save some ducks for mods and do you have an auto or a 6?

search... read.. read a lot.. then go to other forums where there's going to be more info... keep reading. never stop learning. then you ask a question where your reading bring you nothing but confusion. then you have mastered the BMW boards. :D

Stick with 265's in the rear to avoid rubbing. Most users with 275's will tell you they needed to roll the fenders and installed the M5 wheel liners to eliminate the rubbing from their 275's. As mentioned is an earlier post, wheel offset is the key. I've got 9.5 M-Parallel rear wheel (26mm offset) with a 265 tire, and it fits great. No rubbing, yet it looks massive.

Welcome to the forum. :D

Amen to 10"+265, got the same thing here. It looks very nice and it is narrow enough to clear the rear wheel wells.

I still have no good picturs of my car (http://209.190.111.111/Stupid/BMW_WHEELS/pered.jpg), cos weather here is shit.

I love these wheels. The guys at WheelExchange.com are very knowledgable and provided great service. I would definately buy from them again. They really know what will fit, and what will rub, etc. Yes, theses are the machined finish m-parallel wheels. 4 Wheels with KUMO tires, lugs and shipping to Florida cost me $1400! Each wheel cost about $180. Which is a great price, for a great looking wheel. :buttrock

2000 540

1. Replaced coolant hose and replaced pins and connector @ thermostat housing, corroded.
2. Replaced thermostat and radiator and expantion tank
3. Replaced Power Steering box, pump and belt
4. Air mass and O/2 sensors
5. Replaced stablizer links

So far all I had to do was an oil change and I baught 8 quarts of sinthetic oil from bmw @ $5/qart and $16 for a BMW oil filter and did it myself...

--19's are fine you just need the correct offset you should use 245/35/19s up front on a 8.5in wheel and 265/30/19's on a 19x10 (you can use 275's but you may need to roll the rear fender lips and install M5 liners) Just stick with 265's and be safe please (speaking from experience)

2....euro angel eye with clear corner...where is the best price??or someone has a used set for sale..

--Check for PAVRAC on ebay and get an OE Hella upgrade kit

3..any one know about m5 covertion with front ,rear bumper, skirts and the m5 exhaust...how much for the part and paint and labor.?

--look up Mspecs on this forum

do i need some other pipes to covert to the m5 exhaust?
any other things to be carefull with this car?i have heard MAF and radiator...

-- Forget about the M5 exhaust unless you do something custom. The M5 does not have a spare tire wheel like your car which provides the room needed to fit the passenger side muffler
