Hi everyone -
I just wanted to share my comments(positive) about AA due to a lot of recent interaction with them. Im not trying to compare to any other companies, so please lets not go there.
Basically, I have their exhaust(which I love), kn intake and software. A while back I began inquiring about a supercharger, but dealt with a rep that no longer works there. Having said that, over the last few weeks, I have been talking to AA mostly about the software on my car, but again with hopes of forced induction in the near future. Although I was initially quite frustrated, after speaking to Karl and Joe @ AA, I was left with a very good impression. They both spent a good amount of time on the phone with me, working out any issues I had. I just thought it was important to share this positive experience, since many times we(including myself) tend to focus on the negatives. In conclusion, I am definately a satisfied AA customer, and I hope you all have good experiences with them, as I did.
