some of you are probably wondering why the hell I am posting them here...

well I know some of you are into offroad and I bought a K&N filter from them for my 328


I emailed them asking for a tracking #.. the next morning I get a phone call from them saying they had a problem with the RR servers so they called to give me the tracking #

Then I check my mail today and get a postcard saying thanks for my order and also a letter with the credit card receipt, managers business card, a nice quality sticker from them, and the invoice.

Plus they had the lowest price on the filter and gave me free UPS shipping

UPS should give me my filter sometime today


Honestly this is the best service I have gotten from any online company by far. They know I am not likely to order their expensive offroad parts for my 328 but still gave me superior service

I couldnt ask for more.. Maybe they can teach some of the BMW companies?
