Im visiting South Florida for a couple of days. I'm itching to purchase some mods for my '02 M3. I know there are a lot of tuners down here where i can just stroll in and purchase some mods - any ideas, and where? AA is a half-mile from where i am. Going back to NY on Monday.

Stop by AA ... definitely, MMS has some good stuff as well... avoid MCP Racing.

You could try Redline BMW or Champion Motorsport (expensive). Not many other places of in Miami that I know of.

Kev, What's the deal with MCP? I have bought a few things from them, nothing major, anything or anyone I should look out for?

TIA,
Ben

You are the first person that I have heard of then that has gone there without any difficulties. I can think of 4-5 guys off the top of my head that have been screwed over by them by installs gone bad, parts not fitting, customer service nightmares or promises for parts go down the tubes.

There was a post just the other day about how MCP screwed up some guys angel eye install... check the vendor comments forum.

Ahhh, well nobody installs anything on my cars other than AA and myself.

MCP has gotten me some parts cheap in the past, but I'll stay away if the general consensus of them is sub-par. Thanks.
