I need help removing the lower plastic piece in the door jam. Any tips? There are NO screws holding it in place....it can slide back and forth but it doesn't just pull out. Please help.

usually 3 clips holding it. press on the part and slide it toward the back of the car. that should slide it off the front clip. then slide the plastic part towrd the front of the car. keep pushing on it and pulling with your other hand toward front and inside of the car until it slides off remaing clips

just pull up and they will come off, o and you may break them so get some more from the stealer just in case. Get a feel for the moulding so you do not break the moulding or step piece but the clip if need be.
