hey all, remember that set of 18s I got off fleabay. well the old adage you get what you paid for kicked in finally. the little allen bolts around the rim started falling off. one off each wheel and one wheel was missing two. the company autoglitz I bought them from said the wheel is one piece not two, so these bolts are purely cosmetic. I coulda' sworn there were little studs inside though. anyways, the company was supposed to mail me some spare bolt heads to glue on but so far I haven't received squat. just a heads up. any other hp evo wheel owners having similiar problems? :confused

Just take them all off and see if it's just one piece or not.

I got hp evo's too, 18's. I haven't had any trouble wit the studs, but both of my center caps on the driver side just fell off during driving for no reason = pretty ghetto. But other than that, wheels are in good shape. I only got 8000 miles on them tho. What profile tire are u running? maybe they're too thin and your wheels are getting excess stress?

she got the car and only put like 1,000 miles on it so far w/i the 12 months. I don't remember what size tires they are, 275/40s or something it's posted here somewhere. both the company and her know of this problem so if the wheels fall apart and something happens no one blame me I tried to rectify the situation before I left.

hmmmmmm....I haven't had any problems with mine.....I didn't get them from autoglitz...I got mine from rc. sorry to hear your having problems with them.

I better take a better look tonight.
