I havbe changed my right wheel bearing assembly twice already. At speeds of 80+ the left feels like it is loosing balance, like it going back and forth trying to separate.
But, when I check the sheels at standstill it seems to be snug, no wobble. I have norrowed it down to the wheel bearing becasue it happens above 80 sometime above 85 or even 90, and just when I go over bumps in the freeway.
any insight?
thx

Are you talking about a bit of a shake in the steering wheel that appears when you hit a bump at those speeds and then dies away? That sounds more like an alignment or wheel balance issue to me. A wheel a touch out of balance coupled with shocks at the end of their life could do that. Along the same lines if the toe-in was marginal or if you've got worn bushings or tie rods you might see that.
It doesn't sound to me like a wheel bearing problem.

i'll check out the tie rods, one of them is torn, but I doubt that this would be this bad. The shake comes and stays if I keep at that high speed, will not go away unless I actually slow down.
To point where I feel like I am going to crash into the center median

That really sounds like it might be an alignment issue, perhaps coupled with an out of balance tire. A torn boot on a tie rod will lead to rapid wear of the bearing as it allows water and grit to get in, which will definitely affect the alignment.
I'd suggest having everything checked out by a shop that specializes in BMW's. The average tire shop usually doesn't understand how sensitive a BMW suspension is and may not be able to spot worn parts or such.
