Hi. I've commissioned a talented graphic artist / 3D modeller to make me a Grand Theft Auto Vice City e38 model. He said it's going to have high poly count, great detail and interior, all out. I'm having him make me one stock and one with Shadowchaser's M7 bumpers. I was wondering if there was any interest in the model once it's done.. any GTA players out there? If there are, once the model is done I will post screen shots of it. I'd be putting both models and detailed install instructions on a CD for $20 to help offset the costs of having it made. If you don't have GTA:VC, I'd bundle it with the model for $40.
Thanks.

Man, this I have to see. Its funny how the M7 bumpers have gone from a crappy photochop concept, to an actual production bumper, and now immortalized into a pop culture video game. :eyecrazy In the immortal words of Don King, only in America. :D Depending on how good the 3D car is I would like it if you could put me in touch with your guy. I am launching a showstopping webpage fairly soon and this would be perfect for it. Hey Strahan, You da man!!! :buttrock
Small favor. If the model is to be named in the video game, refer to it as the Vision Motorsport M7. Shadowchaser is just a forum Avatar name and not truly representative of the actual production bumper. TIA

If that is going to be a 3D MAX Model, I'd like to get the original *.max file where it came from. Here's btw my model of the E38:

Afterburner: Notice the exhaust tips and license plate, and maybe you'll notice a "slight correlation" with a forum-members' car... :)

Will it only work for GTA VC, or will it also work on San Andreas?

Howdy. Sure, I'll be sure the model has the appropriate name. I'm still waiting for it to be done, he said it may take a few weeks. As soon as I have it, I'll post some screen shots. I don't know what program he uses to make the models, I'll find out though and see if I will get the source files. As for San Andreas, he said he will be able to port it to that platform once the PC version is released. I was originally asking for a GTA3 model, but he recommended the VC version because of extra features. I have to go buy VC, I have it for PS2 but not the PC.
But yea, there will def. be a SA version... SA rocks :)
