Will this fit a 95? I know the OBDII is different and many other parts, but will it work?

will it fit, yes. Do you have the wiring make it work, No. You will also need the Nav computer and navigation disks along with the brackets and wiring harness. Some have done the upgrade, but I think it is fairly expensive and time consuming.

That thing hardly looks "like new" to me.

I doubt it was taken from a 750 because of the buttons it's missing on the bottom. Otherwise, I think the person who took the pic just doesn't have much skill in the way of setting up decent lighting for a photograph nor the common sense to wipe off fingerprint smudges. Hell if the cupholder actually works, that's worth a few bucks right there.
