Alright everyone I am proud to announce the 3rd Official Miami Meet and the first of the New Year. The meet will be on Saturday January 22, 2005 at 3:30P.M. and we will meet at Tamiami Park at the Youth Fair entrance (on the street, you'll see what I mean.) We will be there till approx. 4:15P.M. and we will ride out to the parking lot of SoundAdvice on US1 infront of University of Miami called "University Centre" to wait for anyone who got lost. We should get there by 5:00P.M. and will be there till about 5:15 P.M. and then it's off to the HeliPad in Miami Beach.

Directions on which routes we are going to take, will be given at the meet.

The best way to get to the Fair Grounds is through the entrance of 112 Avenue and Coral Way

HeliPad is on I-395 to Miami Beach on MacArthur before you see the Port of Miami on the right hand side, correct?!

I guess so, that's the only helipad that I know on Miami Beach.

..to this Miami meet?
Maybe we can meet and go there together, especially since I don't know how to get there?!

they updated that other thread with a map and I do believe some guys are meeting on I95 and okechobee blvd, but that's way way north of me.

when they will meet on Okechobee BLVD and where exactly? Okechobee blvd. is realy close from where I live.
Sorry for all the questions, but I am new to the area.

I appreciate your help.

Take I-95 South, then go to 395 (Miami Beach). You will see the American Airlines Arena on your right, when you pass the bridge, the helipad is on your right.
