I am interested in a set of these, but I need to know if the look and fit is like OEM. Looks good in the pic, I just want to know the differences. Thanks

The fitment is perfect and the look is almost identical to the OEM tails. You will also have a lot less hassle with these LED lamps than OEM. If you purchase the OEM units, you would need to go have the dealer reflash your system. Let me know if you have any other questions I can answer for you. :)

LEDs are sooo hot. Do these have the adaptive brake function or does that require the OEM tails?

These do not have the adaptive braking feature. It may require a software update with the OEM tails.

My car is a 11/01 production M3. I don't have the correct wiring or control unit for the stock LEDs. Will I get any error messages with your lights?

You shouldn't, but if you do we will be getting the resistors very soon. Let me know if you have any additional questions. :)
