hurry before i start work on it.red,tan interior,5sp.,HR lowering springs,new cam & rockers,clutch master cyl.,tinted windows,fairly new complete exhaust.
now the problems-needs paint,rear quarter has been replaced and back 1/2 repainted but a different shade of red.this must be the reason it has a salvage title,i can find no other damage.front end shimmy-tires,control arms worn out.car was previously keyed,touched up but visible,i'd planned(and will if i keep it) on a complete paint so this was not an issue,A.C.condensor missing,probably from cam replacement.bottom of drivers seat worn,odometer stopped at 145k.
i've only had this car about 4 months and the reason for selling is i've found a higher milage 6,but appears stock down to the TRX rims.this could also change after i hear it run and drive.
i'm only asking $2,000 for this 635,it starts,runs and stops great.i bought it as a 1-2 yr project.i cant work on cars like i used to do to an injury.

the reason i'm wanting to sell this one and aquire another comes down to color.they both are in about the same condition(starting point)to bring up to spec.even though the red looks great on the 6,i prefer the white one i'm considering.white does not draw the same attention as red.they both need front suspension and drivers seat attention.i've only looked at the white one and haven't heard it run or driven it yet.too bad i cant afford both at the same time.if i start on the red one that's the one i'll keep.

i could trade for a white 6,if anyone has that in mind.as much as i hate to even think about not having a 6,i've wanted one for too long,i may consider an E-30 325is.i've owned 2 E-30's,there just go-karts for adults,ride on rails.
the 6 on the other hand,"to me",is the nicest looking 'classic' bmw produced,and it can still be driven.stop me before i start pouring $$$$ into her.when that begins i'm keeping this beauty.the red to me is an attention getter and that's not what i drive a bmw for.it she came upon me by accident and i couldn't let the opportunity slip.

one other thing,i was looking at the title last night and it's not a salvage title,it does indicate 'rebuilt vehicle' what ever the hell that means.the rear passenger side quarter panal has been replaced and that's the only damage i can see on the car.you cant tell from the outside,i found it while looking in the trunk.it didn't smash into any off the surrounding metal behind the quater,so it wasn't too bad.someone must have a desire for a 6 car and this one's priced right.check out the pics in the 6 series section and i have more if you email me,i know how to send that way.

i've had an inquiry regarding the the ///M badge on the trunk lid before the 635csi emblem.i'll set things straight.THIS IS NOT ADVERTISED AS AN M CAR.nowhere in my ad does it hint in any way as such.
the previous owner had an M6 badge on the grill,roundels stuck all over the place(outside mirrors,on the dash,ect...) and M6 lettering on the front and back windshields.all that was removed immediatly except for the M on the back,it didn't pull off by hand.i didn't want to nick the paint so it's still on there.i'll try another removal method.these badges will be thrown in the deal to the lucky buyer of this fine automobile.

LET'S DEAL,i priced this 635 low to get a quick buyer.it will soon be priced higher,for what it's really worth.i've already raised the price in the local trader mag.these cars for a reliable,needs nothing,start at least at 6K.if i'm going to wait i might as well get what it's worth,not what i need now.

she's still available.i've been driving her for about 3wks now and she feels great.the suspension is not as bad as previously thought.had bad tires.

instead of a simple 'bump' i add some text to it,they get far down the list quick,here.it's been almost a month since the last post.just trying to give as much info as possible.needs a little work,but in no way a junker.just starts to breath at 70.

SOLD---thanks to all that did show an interest.it takes quite a bit of time to sell.i had no idea selling a "6" would take soo long.i will not be out of a 6 for long,it's being replaced with a white 86 635csi which was the reason it was for sale.
