More than likely, I will be looking for a new roommate around March. My current roommate isnt really working out and it looks like its only going to get worse. Im waiting til March so i can have my basement finished by then. Rent would be $450 plus 1/2 of bills. The nice thing is that the room will be in the basement with its own bathroom. The basement is a walkout. So its kind of like you have your own level. The house is in Castle Rock and will be about 1700 Sq Ft with the basement finished. Washer and dryer are included. Decent sized backyard and there is no covidence. Need referrals but no credit checks.

Its only a one car garage and the ///M parks in there but ive been trying to figure out someway to build another covered spot. There is a seperate parking spot off the street tho.
