The car currently has GC coilovers that will be replaced with factory M3 suspension w/80k miles. There is also a 3.23LSD from a 96+ M3 installed that will be removed in favor of the stock 2.93 open. I will leave the 3.23 in the car for an additional $400. It has a BMW X brace on it as well that I will be removing (unless I get money to replace it) so the nutserts are already installed.
Will outrun close to stock 3.2's and 3.0L M3's
Very tight interior. No excessive rattling, loose worn parts, etc. Factory radio has also been replaced recently due to the original going bad. The display went out but it still played music and aesthetically, it wasn't in the best shape. Factory leather lux seats need some R&R.
I also have a spare M3 front bumper that was going to go on the car. If the buyer wants, I would be willing to part with it for very little.
Compression test was good. I ran it three times in each cylinder. Two consecutive runs and went back through and ran each cylinder one more time by itself.

Power steering has a small leak. I installed new clamps and had everything cleaned up early last summer. The leak was dry for a few weeks then began to show signs of small leaking again. Steering fluid has remained at the same level since I replaced the clamps. Obviously not a significant amount of fluid leaking. To watch how much fluid is escaping, I have not wiped it since I cleaned and replaced clamps last summer. A common problem among E36's. I just thought I would point it out.

Something else I wanted to point out was the rock chips on the front, the clearcoat is peeled off in an area on the roof (in proximity to the sunroof) about the size of a baseball, and it needs a new windshield.
I am open to offers and would be willing to compromise, replace parts before sale, or leave parts on the car for an additional money.
