So one of my best friends picked up a beater last week to haul his boat around in and to take camping....it's an 83 AMC Eagle, picked up for around a grand off some guy who just moved here from Colorado. The thing is a tank, the great part is that you can bolt a Mopar 4.6 right up to it....

Which is where the possible project comes in.....
It's got some blowback......which means time for a new motor! We were thinking April/May sometime. Rebuilt motors are a dime a dozen, so no worries on finding one for el cheapo.

Anyone want to help on this? Or anyone elses thoughts?

Ahh, the AMC Eagle. The (actual) world's first sport utility wagon. :)

Actually between the Corvair, house, BMW, and a possible '66 Impala project, (plus whatever Jeremy blows up this year :) ) it's kinda unlikely I'll be available. Sounds kinda cool, though.

That's funny, my dad had one of those when I was growing up. It was passed down to me. Oh did I have fun in that thing hehe. Should have the Slant 6.
