I ordered my bilsteins from BMP Designs a week ago and had recieved great customer service from. I also got my bilsteins in like 2 days but this was probably because they are about 2 hours or so away...would have gotten them sooner but I ordered late that day.

I wish i could say the same about them. I ordered the Weathershield car cover from them. Got a call back the next day saying they 'wrote' down the wrong credit card number. So, I give it to them again. I get another call asking for the same thing. I call and leave a message to call me. They never called back. If i don't get what I want the first time I always give a second try. If i'm not satisfied by then, then see yah.. My business is going elsewhere..

The only company that gave me speedy service and delievered everytime has been UUC...
