I'm having my car tinted tonight and I'd like 20% all around but I'll probably conform to the Mass 35% law . I've talked to a bunch of people and opinions fall on either side. I'm still undecided.

20% all around would look perfect but obviously I don't want any problems with cops. I've had some problems in the past and I really don't want to stir anything. It's too expensive.

I figured I'd ask you guys what you think. Anyone had any problems w/ tint? If so did you need to strip it? What kind of fine came with it? Anyone think it's no big deal unless you get pulled over? Anyone think it's no big deal even if you get pulled over?

LMFAO I just read 2 hours of "what tint should I get" threads. My bad for posting another one when I could have just done a search.

got 20% on the back shield and 30% everywhere else. I left the windshield alone. difference is like night and day. makes the car look 10 times better.

I had 20% and drove around fine for like 6 months, then got pulled over and the guy was a jerk. :rolleyes Get legal tint, its not worth the hassle. :)

:edit: Just reread the thread. You may be ok but be prepared to get pulled over for the tint. :cop
