On the way to drop the girlfriend off i turn up my music cuz i was listening to sublime and it sounds really nice with my subs and all. anywho there was a newer caddy next to me with some gangsta looking guys in it. i scooted up a little to get away a little. i guess he heard my baby purr as i moved forward so he revved his engine. i was like wtf? so i revved my engine to show him up. my girlfriend laughed and asked me if i was seriously going to race him. i told her that i didnt know. well the light turned green and off we went. i got to 50 and i just shut down cuz i didnt want to get a ticket to start the year off and he passed me as he continued to accelerate. well i noticed he had a sticker on his bumper that said "powered by energy cell" now i dunno wtf that is but i guess the guy was serious. anyways i caught up to him further down the road and i just played around with him and got side by side with him and downshifted and just pulled away. Then we got to another light and i asked him if he wanted to go again. he didnt get to really answer me but the light turned green so i gunned it. i sped off and got to about 60 this time before i shut down. anywho i didnt know if i should be happy to be beating this caddy or what but it just happened. it was fun to play in the rain cuz my tires would spin when i shifted into 2nd gear. also i found out that i needed a new clutch becuase when i did shift it wouldnt grab and for about half a second or so i would be at redline after i shifted into a new gear. Ill need some info about clutches but thats not for this forum. so yeah i thought id share my little shindig i had with that gansta caddy.
