The interior door pulls on my X5 are badly scratched. I did a Google search and happened to find a bunch of posts on this forum.

So my question is this: are there any dealers in the LI / NY metro area that are easier to get this fixed under warranty -- are there any dealers that are jerks about this? Or do all of the dealers pretty much know about this problem? I'd prefer to work with Rallye or Bayside BMW.
