So I am getting ready for work this morning and Nicole calls me. Apparantly there is a guy in a honda in front of her trying to kill himself by plowing his car into the walls. He does this about 4 times and is trying to launch the car over the wall possibly into oncoming traffic... After the guy finally dents the car enough that the wheels can't move, two SUV's block the guy from moving (Hey SUV's DO have a purpose) ;) So Nicole is pretty freaked out by this. So after I hang up the phone I take the dogs out. Well as soon as I get outside I start hearing the screaching of tires. I run over around my building and hear another set of tires and a large crash. As I turn the corner there is a white truck sitting on the curb.. and a Van inside of my neighbors house. :eek:

The neigbors door opens and I see the front of the van inside his place. Our building is about 3 layers of brick and concrete and he knocked it down like it was paper. The point of impact was where his computer was and there where bricks all over the desk and chair. His Fiance was just about to sit down when this happened.

So anyways, what a stupid start to a day.

Tis the season to wreck. I was rear-ended the day after Thanksgiving and since that day I have witnessed 3 more rear-endings. Makes me want an SUV to defend against the inattentive cell phone soccer mom.

The only real injury is when the guy went to open his window.. The window came out of its frame and smacked him on the head. He was slightly cut, but no real harm.
The good news is that the insurance company had someone out there within 3 hours to repair the wall. And they got the first layer fixed that night. I believe they are using the old bricks so you can't really tell it even got hit.

Oh well.. Full moon that day...

it went fine, the people werent supposed to be back till thursday/friday but weather screwed up all their stuff in the northeast so they got back early early tuesday so i just came on home :)
