Nothing severe...as long as they use the lighter cones.

If you do hit the cones...they shouldn't hurt anything. I do have some burn marks where the side moldings melted on my car when I came into contact with the cones(at like 70mph)

Normally the cones are pretty short...they will melt and leave some stuff behind on your car. Buy some 3m general purpose adhesive remover and it will come strait off.

Have fun...never glide into a corner.(I mean either hard on brakes and hard on the gas(within reason...I don't mean lock them up and opposite lock through every corner...smooth application)

Hell no, that is me.

So fill a little bit of oil.... .5 quarts above full is what people usually do.

Also...if the car is understeering...you either tried to go through the corner too fast or you don't have the weight balance right when you are entering the corner. You want to make sure that when you start turn in...you are then coming off the brake(doesn't mean trail brake to the apex)

Launch at 1800rpm~ if you want to make a little bit of time on the start. Don't burn out(like 3500rpm) it will just have you staying still while time is running(of course it does do wonders for warming up the tires...but I don't think it is worth the time spent)

5 quarts above full??? Uh, that's a bit too much. For an E36M3, try .5 to 1 quart above full. I don't know about other models...

Anyway, if you're worried about cone marks, put a heavier than usual coat of wax on the front of your car. If you're really concerned, you can cover the front of your car with Stongard or something similar.

I know you must be joking.

..... .5 != ......5

There is a space there.
