There are good and bad things about RD Enterprises (shox.com).

The good is their price, which seem to be fairly low. But, with Koni, H&R, and others clamping down on price gouging, many of the oter big dealers are pretty darn close.

The bad is that RD has very little working knowledge of the roduct they sell. When I was in the business, RD used to send customers with technical questions to me. It used to really upset me and I really didn't enjoy helping out a person that shopped for the deepest deal, but still wanted expert service. It is worth the extra couple of dollars to know that the person you are buying from knows exactly how everything works.

Good luck.

I'd recommend Tire Rack, Bimmerparts, TCKline, etc for the parts that you are looking for. These places have prices almost just as low as the deep discount houses, but they know BMW's.

Brian,
I am planning to buy Koni sports shocks and Eibach Pro-kit, as long as they send me the right parts for my car(do u think they sometimes send the wrong parts??), what kind of technical questions ru talking about ? After a lot of research and talking to lotsa members on the board i have decided on the suspension combo mentioned above.

The big problem is if you have an install or set up question. They won't know the anwers. Also, if you have a problem with a defective part, they don't keep a stock of parts on the shelf. All they do is drop ship product, they have never worked with products and installation. I'd look into some oher vendors for the parts you are looking to order. You'll be happier in the long run. And, Shox.com's prices aren't that much better than other top flight vendors.

But, it's you're money and you're car.

I have bought product from them twice in the past. Their prices are good, but do find their product knowledge less than other vendors. I just bought Koni adjustables from them. Since the manufacturer raised their minimum retail price, RD threw in the shipping for free. They were still cheaper than everyone else. Pretty good service on their part. I did the installs myself and had no problems. For tech questions I just call Koni or Bilstein directly and get it from the source. They are very helpful.

hey raul....
didn't i recommend them to you? well i think they are great...but i guess bml has a little more info then me seeing as he worked w/them.
anyways....i only ordered my shocks from them and i didn't have any problems whatsoever. order went through quickly, receieved shipment quickly too, and the price was excellent.
$409+shipping for bilstein sport shocks:alright
well...if you are worried about some of the things said above get a quote from shox.com about what you want and go to supremepowerparts with it. they will match it.
they were going to give me the $409 price too, but i opted only to order my intrax springs from them and get the shocks from shox.com only because of pricing differences.
i live in california so i would have to pay for tax on $700 worth of merchandise and at 8% ca tax that can add up. also i would have to pay for shipping costs of springs and shocks.
instead i only payed like $220 shipped including tax for my springs and about $419 or so for the shocks shipped( they are out of state: no sales tax ):)
it may seem like i should have just got both from spp but by doing it this way i saved about $35:alright
anyways...to sum all that up...shox.com is a very good company and i would recomend them. but if you think you might get into some troubles, SPP should match the price....just mention it.
i didn't check where you live, but if you live in CA in might be worth it to do it the way i did.
good luck:)

I have already ordered and got the shocks&springs already from shox.com :D I went with the Koni adjustable sport shocks and the Eibach Pro-kit. since Koni had free shipping, they even shipped the springs for free since i bought both from them. hopefully will get them installed this weekend.

thnx for all the responses :)
