I've got a ton of chips on my hood and fenders. I've got some touch up paint but don't want the "blob" effect all over. Is this stuff worth it? http://www.langka.com/index.cfm?page=home.cfm
It's got to be some kind of thinner right? What else will work to get this same 'non-blob' effect? Thanks BTW, I have no clear coat on my car (95 Dakar M3)

Langka is worth it. I have the Mothers-branded Langka kit, and it works well. The stuff appears to be a mild lacquer thinner that lets you level the touch-up paint in a controllable manner.

I don't know of any other products that work like Langka does.

Just remember lots of thin coats/layers is better than one big huge one. Once it's filled and slightly higher, then use compound to level/feather it.
