Vista has got to be the worst dealership yet that I have gone to yet.

BMWNA if you’re reading this I love your cars but, you’re SERVICE DEPARTMENTS SUCK!!! Your dealerships seem to hire only the most incompetent of service technicians out there!

After months of trying to get my car's problems corrected it comes back to me from the dealership with problems not fixed, it's worst than before and the car is damaged!!!

The problems I had were not complicated, just minor ones easy to fix. But yet after numerous attempts I find myself having to go back to the dealership because the job was not done correctly or at all.

This last time around my car sat at the dealer from 12/6 - 12/13 and it's still not fixed. Now I get the car home after picking it up after dark, pull it into my garage and under the light it looks like some @sshole washed my black car with dry sand paper! They Seriously ruined my paint job no exaggeration. I now also have a big scratch on my passenger door as well.

I check under the hood because now I see an oil leak as I’m now inspecting the entire car. I find that when they changed my oil, they busted my oil filter canister and it’s dangling loose inside my engine compartment.

Someone was must have been joy riding around in my car while it sat at the dealership, because apparently he did not like the settings I had on my Basslink and had turned the bass way up to his music liking and adjusted both the seats gangster style.

No offence, I drive into the dealer drop of my 01 750il in pristine condition with 20k miles get handed the keys to a shiny new P.O.S. death trap VW 4 cylinder JETTA to drive for a week. Just to have to go through this again and again. It's unreal.

Is it too much to ask for? I want the car I paid for, not a cheap loaner car and tons of aggravation cause by the dealership.

I am convinced the problems truly do not lye with the quality of the car themselves, just the quality of service we receive from the dealers. The lack of quality customer service is disheartening.

It just aggravates me that no one at the dealership cares anymore about you or your cars.

Sorry for the long post but I had to vent. I am absolutely fuming while writing this post.

I can't wait till tomorrow when the service manager gets torn a new @sshole!

the only way we are every going to improve poor service from Dealerships is to exactly do what you are doing; word of mouth is the best advertisement

Yes it is. I wish more people would speak up. BMWNA looks at these forums as do new potential owners.

Thats really a shame. Did you record the mileage before you took the car in? I wish you lived in the Cleveland area. I have gotten nothing but superior service from Dave Walter BMW in Akron OH. Let us know what they do for you.
