My sister owns a 2000 323ci and has had countless problems with her car. The dealer has fixed some of the problems after going through many complaints even though the car is under warranty. She has had electrical problems with her car since the day we took it off the lot. I don’t want to get into details as it will take forever. Every time we take the car in they say they cannot duplicate the fault. Any actions I can take? BMWNA is full of crap; they provide no help what so ever. Where can I go from here?

Have you tried another dealer? Ensure that the issues / complaints have been documented at the current dealer you're having problems with.

Talk to other BMW owners who are around your area. Are you having problems with Pacific? From what I heard with others on E46fanatics.com is they are good to deal with.

One last item, have you just talked to BMWNA? I would recommend writing them and see if this encourages them to take action.
