It wasn't a UUC wing, nor was the sale sanctioned by UUC - Despite claims that it was "from the same manufacturer that supplies the UUC piece." And since this clearly runs afoul of a few legal precedents including Copyright Infringement, the offending post was removed.



You are not getting these from any "UUC supplier" and I strongly suggest you remove those references from this thread.

Got the legal fees ready for your defense? Making such claims is trademark infringement... and my lawyer is on speed dial.

Proof? UUC spoilers do not include UUC stickers built in... we simply send them with all shipments. If your supplier is claiming "with UUC stickers applied" then we can talk about copyright infringement and how your supplier is misleading you.

The UUC spoilers are exclusively UUC, we created the molding and have been developing the product for the past 18 months before it was released. Any similar part is not made to UUC standards.

If you do not get it from UUC (or an authorized UUC dealer), it's not the UUC. We see the cheap junk on eBay all the time with "UUC" in the description, and eBay pulls down those ads for trademark infringement.
