Has anyone here used these guys? I am looking for replacement e36 M3 mirrors (just glass) and went to check out this site. The price seems pretty good but I'm not sure if these things have the heating element. I tried there online Q&A and was totally dissappointed by the service. I asked them if these were OEM and if they had the heating elements. Simple questions no? I received and email response from them to advise me to call their 1-800 number. I tried that a couple of time unsuccessfully. I then sent them another email to advise that I could not get through and to please answer my questions by email. Totally ignored me. Absolutely poor service. If anyone has dealt with these guys before, please let me know if you were happy.

I have ordered from them before...in fact within the last 3 weeks. I got what I paid for within 7 days and if you are inquiring about just the glass then yes the heating element is there and will work like factory. Its really nothing special anyway (at least to look at) I hope that helps.

Thanks for the info. After I posted the thread, I tried calling again a couple of days later and got through. Apparently, they don't carry the mirror glass anymore. They only sell a complete mirror and housing combo. They told me that the mirror they carry for the coupe is powered but not heated. The search continues...

I checked out their mirrors...the coupe mirrors don't indicate heated....and they don't say if they include glass or not...Are these gray market oe? $95 ea. = a little over $200 shipped for a pair...not bad.
