why, is it fun to jump on? is it cushy or springy? will it improve my vertical? I could use some help this season, since I can't even touch the rim any more.

Awesome. Do you think the condo association would mind if I repaved my parking spot with this stuff?

I have the vertical jump shoes if you want to borrow them? :) :stickoutt

When I did it, they did help my vertical, seriously. I went from a standing 27.5" vertical jump to 32.3" after using them.

The first 3 days though ... your calves will KILL!!!!

DMG just wants the floor to be painted grey. Tiles like that are cool, but they don't mix with jacks and jackstands.

How many DMG points do I need to get one of these DMG stickers?

Do the DOHC-Vanos stickers count as a point?

what size? I assume you're talking about strength shoes.

I used to be able to high jump my height, but that was before the freshman 45.

Pretty sure he's reffering to plyometric training shoes.

yeah, "strength shoes" is the name of the big company that makes them. other companies make devices to strap to shoes, but they have a patent on making the entire shoe, I believe.
