:mad grr

i was at the receiving end of a chain reaction accident today.

stopped at red light on moanalua road. civic stopped behind me. chevy truck behind civic didn't stop. civic now in my butt. :mad

truck guy was a teen with a dui record (or so he claims), thus the "lack of his licence" (or so he told the officer). lucky for him the officer opted not to arrest him on the spot. anyway he's apparently got his own problems now. i just want my car fixed. adjustor is supposed to call tomorrow.
i need a drink. :shifty

the accident occur via the rearview mirror. It happened to me in March of this year. :mad on the corner of Vineyard and Pali Hwy while on the way to pick up doughnuts for the office. I was waiting at the stop light, "slow down lady, slow down.. slow down...bang...@#$%$@#!@#@%$!!"

"oh I just took my foot off the pedal and it bumped him" - yeah :mad $&(#!@@ right!!!

Hope all goes smoothly with the repair. Keep us posted on the progress.

Sorry to hear about that. Are you alright? That's one of my greatest fears especially on a motorcycle. I don't do a real good superman impression.

OUCH!!!!

I had a delivery truck S L O W L Y back in to my car, scratched up the front but no real body damage. I had central body and paint (488-0045) fix it... at the cost of the company ofcourse... only bad thing is that they only contract through enterprise at the rate of a "Small/Economy" car for the length of the estimated fix time... From 330ci to a 4door maxima was a crushing blow to my ego!! Goodluck!

Hope you get it all sorted Desmo.

I had a scare myself today. I was walking back to my car at the Hawaii Prince Hotel and there was a Roto Rooter truck parallel parked in front of me trying to pull out. His rear loading platform was down and about 2 feet away from my front bumper. I see him pull back...stop...and go forward...not enough room to get out...in my head I knew what was coming. Sure enough he starts to back up and ***BAM***!!!. Needless to say I run over there yelling before the driver decides to take off. I am ready for anything, if this guy tries to run I am going to kill him for sure!

He gets out, we look at each other, both stressing out. We look at my car. Nothing.

He backed into and hit the steel parking meter pole 6" from the nose of my car. I think we were both pretty relieved.
