Well, as you know, I did the four corner Eibach prokit/Koni SA, sways, and rotors/pads/SSlines swap a few weeks ago.
Now, I got a clunking noise coming from the driver's font corner. It happens occasionally, and not on every bump. In fact it seems to occur with smaller road imperfections not the big bumps.
I'm thinking it is the sway bar end link or maybe the strut bearing. I used the original strut bearings, the car only had 23K miles on it.
Help?!

Had a similar problem on my car. Mine was a control arm bushing. Replace it because if it continues to bang, it will wear out the rest of your suspension assembly.

You mean the round, flat, lower control arm bushing?
How did you confirm it was bad?
I also get a creaking noise when I jounce the car hard from that corner.
Thanks!

Yes, the LCA bushing. I confirmed it was bad because it was visibly cracked. Based on the creak from the "jounce" I'm almost certain that's your problem.

Also check that the strut bearing nut is fully tightened.

Assuming everything is tight, my first suspect would be the LCA bushing, too.
But I would check everything for tightness, first. The top strut nut and the 3 kingpin to strut bolts especially.
The creak is a good thing! It will help you find the culprit. If everything is tight, begin squirting things with a light lubricant like WD-40 until the creak goes away. I hope it goes without saying that you should not squirt rotors or brake pads...
I would squirt the LCA bushing first....

Ah-So! WD-40. Great Idea!
Wish I thought of it earlier...
Thanks!

If it does turn out to be the LCA bushing, you might consider a polyurethane upgrade from PowerFlex. It'll last longer and stiffen up the front. I'm in the process of replacing my rears.

I thought about doing my rears also, I didn't realize they make LCA's also.
I have heard Polyurethane squeaks?

HAH! Got it fixed! Finally had the time to jack it up, take off the wheel and VOILA! the swaybar endlink was loose. Embarassingly probably because I didn't torque it properly when I put them on...
Anyway, no more creaks and clunks, nice and tight!
Thanks for the help dudes.
