what are you all getting as far as lease prices on these?

so far the lowest i could find was $399/month, $4000 total out of pocket (includes 6% sales tax), 15,000/miles a year for 36 months. This is for a base 2.5i with just xenon/fogs as an option. Wondering if going with just auto trans as an option would be a better deal. They said they'd have to order the base 6-spd with xenons, but maybe some dealers would have stripped down autos?

Also looking at Saab 9-3's and Acura TSX. Hard decision!
