Since I'm moving to CT, I got a quote for moving my insurance up there.

$4000/year!!!! :eyecrazy

That is rediculous. If anyone knows of any good companies, let me know. I'm going to check out Allstate or Geico. :help

Thanks in advance.

Whats your age and record like? For me to get insurance on my own would be about that much. It sucks, cost of living is higher up here, and so is everything else.

Hmm, I wouldn't think it is that high. My insurance is like 2500-3000k a year. That is with 1 speeding ticket, 2 accident claims, 1 accident ticket, several parking tickets (even in canada), and mine is still lower then yours. I use Great American, maybe you can check them out. Good luck.

try paying 7,900 a year for a 93 325is and then complain

the address your insuring your car at probably has a bad history..... people often neglect the home address of the insuree as being a big factor aside to record and age

I second checking out Great American as they offered us the lowest rates around.

allstate went to 2300 for 50/100/300 so that seems better... gonna look into others too
